A vibrant slice of upper-Midwest Americana, this repurposed tire takes center stage as a planter, its maker cleverly utilizing the tire's own rim to create a sturdy pedestal. This charming rural sculpture was discovered amidst a group of soon-to-be-demolished roadside tourist cabins in east-central Minnesota, built sometime during the 1930s.
