Unlike my line of Tippmann TMC triggers that are printed and play with no modification, the Tippmann TMC Raptor Charging Handle requires a little bit more effort to fit it into your gun. First, you must cut out the aluminum guide rod from the original charging handle that came with the gun (the one you're replacing). This involves cutting down the length of plastic on the bottom end of the charging handle that contains the aluminum guide rod. After freeing the rod from the original charging handle, I recommend trimming the rod at the end that goes into the charging handle by 0.05 inches to ensure a proper fit. Next is the challenging part because you have to wait. You need to either glue or epoxy the guide rod into the Raptor Charging Handle. Squeeze a little bit of the adhesive into the hole where the rod will go and a little on the rod itself, then insert it into the hole and make sure it's all the way in for a proper fit - you'll know it's in when you can no longer hear air bubbles rushing out when you push on it. Then wait until the glue is cured. Additionally, some individuals pointed out a problem to me: I design all my parts in US Imperial Inches as it's easier for me to visualize inches than millimeters, so make sure to convert any of my parts into millimeters or change your slicer settings to match the parts design when importing them into your slicer.
