Tippi Tree Deluxe Box for Mini and Standard Game - Multiple Sizes

When Make Anything (Devin Montes) created Tippi Tree, I knew we had to add it to my wall of games. With all the pieces of the pieces needed to play, it definitely needs a containment system. There are a few ordinary boxes that have been created, but I set out to create a functional box to intelligently organize the game pieces. The tree can be set in his holder as is, but there are 4 openings around the tree that were designed to store up to 4 of the branches. You can print 1 or 4, it doesn't really affect how the tree sits. The outer ring of slots were designed for the standard or tall trunks. You can stack them however you like, and print as many as you can fit. With all of these boxes, you can randomly throw in the leaves but it will limit the amount you can fit. If you nest the leaves, you'll be able to fit quite a bit more - that is why I have submitted a range for number of pieces per box. I designed 1 box for the mini version, and 4 versions for the standard game. It comes down to how much room you have on your printer, how much plastic you want to print, and how many leaves you want to print. The more leaves, the more people that can play which makes this game even more fun! If anyone prints the big box, please submit some pictures of the make! I printed the Evergreen box, but I may print the Sequoia at some point soon. In the trunk slots, you can stack them however you like. 1 tall trunk and 2 small trunks, 2 tall trunks, 4 small trunks, 2 small trunks and the Earl the bird (for the early adopters), etc. It's really up to you how many tall or small trunks you want to print. • The Bonsai (mini) box can hold 40-56 leaves, stacks of 4 trunks or 3 tall trunks per slot. The box is 115x115x63 mm • The Cherry Box can hold 20-24 leaves, and stacks of 4 trunks or 2 tall trunks per slot. The box is 175x175x110 mm • The Evergreen Box can hold 30-40 leaves, and stacks of 4 trunks or 2 tall trunks per slot. The box is 200x200x110 mm • The Oak Box can hold 50-60 leaves, and stacks of 4 trunks or 2 tall trunks per slot. The box is 225x225x110 mm • The Sequoia Box can hold 80-100 leaves, and stacks of 4 trunks or 2 tall trunks per slot. The box is 275x275x110 mm I have included standard box lids with a raised Tippi Tree logo that can be color swapped at 2 mm. I have also included files if you want to do a smooth inlay style box lid. CHEP - Chuck Hellebuyck created a great tutorial on how to create multi color smooth inlay prints. I have already crated the files with a .2 mm registration box. It's really not that hard to do and it gives a great effect! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0Sla-vIsvh4 I have printed the Bonsai and Evergreen for myself, but the rest of the boxes contain the same base elements so I don't foresee any printing issues. Please post your makes, and enjoy some Tippi Tree!!
