Assemble one of these using 6 fifteen millimeter wood screws. For the wheels, you may need to remove some tread from the screws near the heads to allow them to rotate freely. You will also require two neodymium magnets with a diameter of eight millimeters and a thickness of two millimeters. The middle block of wood has been designed to give the trucks a Brio style look, but it can be printed as well. The 2D drawing is attached in pdf format for those who enjoy woodworking.
