TinyTrainer LED Glove (arm guard with zip tie)
thingiverse
This is a little remix of my TinyTrainer arm guard modified with space to hold three ordinary 3mm LEDs and a normal 1/4 watt resistor to make the arm ends light up. I run 3S on my TinyTrainers so to power 3x white LEDs in series I used a 100ohm resistor, and for the 3x red LEDs I used a 220ohm resistor. This version is only for the 2mm thick frame with 12x12mm motor mount, with a built-in zip tie, post in comments if you want one for 3mm thick frame or without the built-in cable tie. Direct downloads from my website: http://www.haku.co.uk/3D/TinyTrainer_LED_Glove.stl http://www.haku.co.uk/3D/TinyTrainer_LED_Glove-mirror.stl Print settings: 0.2mm layer height, 3 or 4 perimeters, support everywhere. To get the light pattern in the photo, print the first 5 layers (1mm) in black TPU, then 16 layers (3.2mm) of transparent TPU, and the top 12 layers (2.4mm) in black TPU so just the edges light up from the LEDs and not the whole guards. Curious to see them printed completely in transparent TPU and glowing if you're up for it. The original TPU guard description tells you how to install them and use the built-in zip tie https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4690939 You can sell prints of this, but don't overcharge, and link back here.
