tinytim ultimaker feeder mk2
thingiverse
The new feeder design incorporates several improvements over the original Ultimaker version, including a rollerblade bearing to apply pressure to the filament against a hobbed bolt, a spring-loaded mechanism, and an easy-to-use handle for swapping out filaments. Additionally, it utilizes a herringbone gear system for enhanced performance. This replacement addresses all known issues with the initial feeder model and requires only additional parts such as one rollerblade bearing, two springs, and two long M3 screws & nuts. While you may need to recalibrate the feeder motor due to the new gear system's extrusion rate (95mm when swapping with stock Ultimaker gearing), it functions as a direct replacement for the standard feeder system.
