<p>I designed a Case for the DIY project TinyLev Acoustic Levitator from UpnaLab.</p><p><a href="https://www.instructables.com/Acoustic-Levitator/">https://www.instructables.com/Acoustic-Levitator/</a></p><p>I saw this Case (<a href="https://www.instructables.com/Acoustic-Levitator-Case/">https://www.instructables.com/Acoustic-Levitator-Case/</a>) but if you have not a Lasercutter, its not so nice to print. So i designed a new one for easy 3d printing. No Supports needed!</p><p>Extra material you need:</p><ul><li>(tinylev acoustic levitator DIY Kit)</li><li>Bourns 10K ohm precise potentiometer (BOURNS 3590S)</li><li>XL6009 LM2577 Booster DC-DC voltage regulator (with screen)</li><li>switch on-off-on (<a href="https://www.ebay.de/itm/280874523330">https://www.ebay.de/itm/280874523330</a>)</li><li>switch on-off (<a href="https://www.ebay.de/itm/174404740981">https://www.ebay.de/itm/174404740981</a>)</li><li>LED 5mm white (8pcs)</li><li>LED 5mm UV (2pcs)</li><li>screws (2,5mm / 8mm) <a href="https://www.amazon.de/dp/B07PQPSQ54?tag=thingiverse09-20">https://www.amazon.de/dp/B07PQPSQ54</a></li></ul><p>For the instructions of the connection of the extra material, please visit this instruction:<br><a href="https://www.instructables.com/Acoustic-Levitator-Case/">https://www.instructables.com/Acoustic-Levitator-Case/</a></p><p>Use a hot glue gun to mount the electronic parts.</p><p>You need to drill a few holes to insert all of the transducers. However, this is only necessary on the outermost ring.<br>It is also advisable to drill the holes to 2.5mm for the two covers. (But only with the covers!)</p><p>I also added a STEP file and the Fusion 360 file, if you like to do a remix :)</p><p>If you are happy with it, I am very happy about a small donation.</p><p>LEAVE A LIKE <3</p><p> </p><p>Print it with 15% Infill.
