Prop guards for the Emax Tinyhawk Freestyle underwent 14 revisions, each one strengthening where it broke. The best designs were carefully crafted. These parts are printed using eSun PLA+ (PLA Pro), a material that performs similarly to ABS. Assembly requires long fasteners provided with the Tinyhawk Freestyle: M2x0.4mm, Length: 6mm. You can find these at McMaster Carr's website under catalog number 92095a453. To ensure proper fit, mirror print the opposite side of each part. On February 9th, a polygonal prop guard was added to enhance protection. An optimized version with lower weight and more stiffness became available on February 27th. This design also features an alignment feature for easier assembly.
