Tinyduino slim watch
cults3d
I'm designing a watch case that fits snugly around the TinyDuino screen, processor, and battery. My goal is to make it as sleek as possible while ensuring all components fit securely inside. The 3D printing process using my m3d micro printer allows me to experiment with different orientations and identify which overhangs work best for each design. This project isn't finished yet, but I'm making steady progress. Here's an update on the status: * June 23rd: I refined the model, removing outdated parts and ensuring it's now fairly complete and functional. * June 10th: The components are almost ready, but I'm still working out kinks with the wristband. Currently, printing it in one piece doesn't provide enough strength for the end connectors, while breaking it down into individual pieces and assembling them later has its own set of issues. On a positive note, the screen buttons are now functioning smoothly, and the battery case is both aesthetically pleasing and functional.
