The sides of my TinyBoy began to sag outward, causing the X Axis to shake violently whenever the Z Axis moved. To address this issue, I created a clip that can be attached to the top of the printer and securely fastened inside the oval cutout. The result is a stable X-Axis that no longer wobbles. To fabricate these clips, simply print two identical pieces, one for each side of your TinyBoy. Be sure to check your maximum Z-height before printing, as this may interfere with the extruder during homing. Printer Settings: Printer: TinyBoy 2 J10 Rafts: Not Required Supports: None Needed Resolution: 0.15mm Infill: 10% (optional) Notes: I chose a 10% infill percentage to provide some flexibility in the clip when it's attached to the printer. If you find that your clips are too weak, consider increasing the infill and perimeter settings for added stability.
