Breakout Enclosure for TinyBMS - A Compact Solution for Power-Hungry Projects. When it comes to larger projects like golf carts and stationary storage systems, size is less of an issue than ruggedness and ease of installation/access. This enclosure delivers in spades: * Balancing lead connectors are neatly organized into a double stack of 16 Anderson PP15 connectors, with 15 required for the current 14S configuration; I'll create a separate one for 16S using 18 connectors * Power packing is via a double stack of 4 Anderson PP30 or PP45 connectors - as the name suggests, PP45 is limited to 45 Amps, so doubling up allows for full-rated BMS current if needed * Charger and load connectors are also doubled on the opposite side; since the BMS can only handle 30A from the charger, having an extra pin enables direct wiring to the pack when using a smart charger and bypassing the BMS * Two PP15 pins drive external contactors with ease * Three keystone RJ45 or RJ11 connectors are available for various tasks like serial communication, current/temperature sensors, and ignition signal - wire according to your needs * The BMS heatsink is exposed on the bottom of the enclosure; use a 3mm silicone thermal pad or an aluminum plate with thermal paste when mounting onto a metal surface * Additional mounting posts inside secure wires, BT modules, relays, and more
