TINY WING - B2 SPIRIT
thingiverse
Introducing our brand new, tiny wing: the B2 Spirit! Ever imagined soaring a B2 bomber in your living room?! Have an extra micro quad whoop lying around? Well, just give it wings with this super easy and fast build. Follow these simple steps: 1) Print out the pdf (pages 1 & 2) on thick paper for best results. 2) Tape the two pages together and cut along the outline. 3) Use this as a template to draw the outline on 3 to 6mm thick foam board. 4) Cut out the wing shape and smooth out the edges. 5) Add some extra light packing tape along the leading edge for added strength. 6) Take apart your quad's plastic frame. 7) Glue the quad's elements onto the wing, keeping them in their original position. 8) Just give the back motors a slight angle (5 to 10°). The more angle you add, the faster it'll fly and the harder it'll be to control in tight spaces. Now, add some cool stickers and you're ready to go! NB: This tiny wing works with most basic flight controller software. However, we highly recommend using a software that lets you fine-tune the settings (PIDs, expo...).
