Simply attach the stand to the top plate, and the skirt to the top plate. I intentionally designed the stand to be printable without struts due to having a single extruder nozzle and wanting to maintain its thin and lightweight characteristics. Originally, I glued my cameras directly to the base, but I have since created a camera mount that can be found at https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3004492. This design is separate as many users prefer different camera models.
