I design frame stiffeners specifically for E010s that weigh 1.7 grams when printed in PLA. I usually prefer to print these parts in either Polycarbonate or a special blend of PLA that has carbon fiber added to it, which reduces weight and increases rigidity. At the moment, I'm printing with Priline CF PC, but I've also had good results using Protopasta's CF PLA.
