Hi! I'm designing the F36/ H36 / E010 frame to replace it if it breaks. In order to enlarge the useful life of the frame, I started to focus on hardness, but after a couple tests, and more practice with the drone, I stay looking for a light frame. - The motor dimension in this drones are 6 mm diameter and 15mm long Frame V6 --------------------- This are the 6th version I've design, that it's very similar than the original one. The principal innovation is the position of the battery. Now it's a little bit moved up, the higher the center of mass the more agile the drone will be. That's what I'm looking for right now. **As difference whit the original, this frame has:** - Different mass center - 4 holes to pass the motor cables. - A pair of tab to hold the battery. **Weight:** - 6 gr approximately in ABS. - A little bit more if it's PLA Frame V7 --------------------- For the next design I will break with the original aspect, get off the propellers protections, and go into something similar to classic carbon racing drone frames. The motor holders need a change. Maybe with a flexible way (not a closed circle), the motors will fit better, without cutting or sanding the hole due to tolerance faults. Also the motors need a lower protection in order to prevent cables from being scratched against the ground. I hope you liked it and try it!!
