You will need a balancing plug and mini JST connector if you want to load in series. The voltage adds up, but the amperage stays the same - so for our charger "16.8V 200mah", we'll configure it if a battery is 200mah to recharge all four at once. You must load all four batteries simultaneously or they won't work.
