Tiny Whoop Canopy

Tiny Whoop Canopy

I created this mold specifically for making your own Tinywhoop canopy using a vacuum forming process. My goal was to replicate the appearance of Tinywhoop's actual stingray canopies as closely as possible. You're free to print this design with any material you choose, except flexible ones, and I've ensured that it doesn't require supports during printing. To get the best results, I recommend using a high-quality print setting with fine details and a thin layer height. Once your mold is printed, give it a good sanding with some fine-grit sandpaper to smooth out any imperfections or artifacts. Next, spray the mold with some clear coat or paint to eliminate any visible print lines. After that, make sure the mold is completely dry before proceeding. I won't go into detail about the vacuum forming process itself since there are plenty of step-by-step tutorials available on YouTube.
