Tiny Whoop Battery Holder

Tiny Whoop Battery Holder

thingiverse

This is an original design, created using Fusion 360 software, which drew inspiration from numerous battery holders found on the Thingiverse. Seeing a specific design by patshead at http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2034217 sparked a breakthrough moment for me. I extend my gratitude to patshead and the Tiny Whoop community on Thingiverse for their contributions that led to developing a solution tailored to my requirements. I needed a holder capable of storing all 24 of my Tiny Whoop batteries, allowing me to easily distinguish between charged and discharged batteries. Upon reviewing similar designs, none exactly met my needs, so I decided to incorporate symmetrical cross-pattern slots into the design. These slots enable me to store batteries in one direction if they're charged or rotate them 90 degrees if they're discharged. I printed the holder using PLA with a 10% infill on my Monoprice MP Select Mini. The result is a strong and solid structure that's also relatively lightweight. This design can be used independently or integrated into a custom foam case as demonstrated. It has been effective for me, accommodating various battery sizes including 205, 220, and 255mAh HV batteries. I hope others will find it equally useful. This is my first design posted on Thingiverse; therefore, I apologize in advance for any mistakes made during the posting process or potential flaws within my design.
