Tiny whoop 65mm - Customizable Lipomount with compact center of gravity
thingiverse
This is my Lipomount of the Spezilicious for 65mm Tiny whoops. With this liposlot u have a better and more compact center of gravity (lipo is like 3mm closer to Fc) It is custom fit for your 1s Lipo like bonka 300mah 1s, gnb 380 1s, 300mah 1s liposticks like mylipo.... So you not have to use only Liposticks. You can use Lipos with diffrent form factor. I use Bonka 300mah 1s and save 0.2g weight compared to most 300mah 1s lipos which have a weight of around 8.2g (without stickers) The lipomounts fit in any 65mm whoop size frame Manual: print in TPU56D or similiar. PETG does also works well.Cut out the liposlot of ur 65mm frame. Remove one inside Strut of Each duct when using rectangle lipos like bonka, gnb... check your Lipo size... Melt the Struts as shown in the picture and "build" a liposlot.Only when using Bonka version: The middle strut of the lipomount will melt togetherwhen it is in the frame. You can see in the picture. Place the folded liposlot in your empty whoop frame. Place FC Bumper over the mount and build your whoop as usual.Note: Since we have cut out the liposlot of the frame the frame is a little bit unstable. I do not recognized any problems and my lite whoop of 16.9g flys well. However maybe you can get problems if your setup is heavy. You have to use a Flight Controller without motor plugs like diamond or superbee fc. You need that Space. However you can also remove Motor Plugs of any Flight Controller. More details and build example here:https://rotorbuilds.com/build/31757
