Tiny Whoop 1mm Motor Shaft Straightener Helper tool
thingiverse
Nothing fancy, just a cylinder with a hole slightly bigger than 1mm with a recessed portion. Its best to remove the motor bell and the top C-clip, then the tool slides over the motor shaft and can be pressed flush against the bell, drawing the shaft to center using the bell as a guide. I print them in resin and have the tolerances really small so the tool fits very snug over the motor shaft. You can also just put the tool over the motor shaft, twist/spin the motor and since the top of the tool is perfectly flat its easy to see if the shaft is bent when looking at the tool from the side. You can see where the high side is and push on the opposite side of it to straighten the motor shaft. It won't get it back to perfect but I have fixed jitters and shakes on a whoop having bent motor shafts with this. Send me a message if you need someone to print you one. https://youtube.com/shorts/JvISu4CppDc?feature=share
