I used this amazing design and divided the insert into two parts, creating a flat holder that can be easily printed. Print two of each to fit inside the insert perfectly. When you're ready to play, simply pull out the holders. UPDATE: This is still a work in progress, so the top might not fit together smoothly yet. UPDATE #2: I remixed this incredible design by splitting the insert into two pieces, resulting in a flat holder that's perfect for printing.
