Tiny Top
thingiverse
This is likely one of thousands on Thingiverse, yet somehow manages to stand out for being simplicity at its finest. Made completely from scratch in Blender, I'm actually proud to call this my very first printed model after countless attempts. Spins flawlessly too. Having spent years working with wooden tops and creating makeshift lathes using nothing but a power drill, this design draws heavy inspiration from those old-school contraptions. What started as an odd hobby turned into a full-blown skill set, eventually finding its way into this sleek model. Instructions Scale this down for accuracy, or simply ensure the imported file is accurate in size prior to printing – better safe than sorry.
