Tiny Screwdriver Handle for 1/4" bits

Tiny Screwdriver Handle for 1/4" bits

myminifactory

This is a compact grip for standard 1/4" screwdriver bits that fits perfectly into tight spaces too small for a regular screwdriver. It was inspired by 4 Volt's Small Hex Screwdriver Handle. Check out 4 Volt's model at http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:137367, and thanks to 4 Volt for the idea! A key difference between this design and 4 Volt's is its smaller size. When a bit is inserted, the total height comes in at just 1.1 inches or 28mm. To make removal easier, I've added a small hole that allows bits to be pushed out using a pin or nail. The Bit size and clearance are fully adjustable within the Fusion 360 model, giving you flexibility to fit different sized hex bits or tweak the fit for a looser grip.
