<p>A simple adapter between the <a href="https://www.indiegogo.com/projects/tiny-pump-2x-ultimate-3-in-1-mini-outdoor-pump">TINY PUMP 2X</a> and a 30mm diameter port. The 30mm port appears to be moderately common for some adapters and air mattresses, including the <a href="https://enerplex.myshopify.com/collections/air-mattresses">EnerPlex camping air mattresses</a>.</p><p>The fit on the TINY PUMP 2X end is very snug, much like the adapters included with the pump. If your printer over-extrudes, you may need to modify the thickness of this model's walls manually. Putting the adapter on the pump and taking it off repeatedly also seems to loosen the fit.</p><p>I have also included a 30.5mm outer diameter adapter, which features a slightly more snug fit: I was able to leave this in the air mattress while it was being pumped up without holding it manually, which is convenient. (And easier on the ears, as the TINY PUMP 2X is fairly loud and takes several minutes to fill a mattress.) The slightly larger version is what is pictured in the photos (but not in the provided GCODE).</p><p>Also included is a FreeCAD file for the adapter, which is extremely simple. If you need a simple adapter of a different diameter (or length), you can easily change the outer radius in FreeCAD and have a new adapter in no time. If you wish to make more complicated custom TINY PUMP 2X adapters, it may be useful to know that the ring that pushes into the TINY PUMP 2X has a 24mm outer diameter and a 20mm inner diameter, leaving a 2mm thick wall, and is approximately 3mm long at a minimum.</p><p>This part is published as part of the public domain.</p><h3>Printing</h3><ul><li>Rafts: no</li><li>Supports: no (the angle is at 30% and should be safe for almost any printer)</li><li>Infill: 15% or more (the piece will almost certainly be all-perimeter or supportive infill regardless)</li><li>Perimeters: 2</li><li>Perimeter generator: Arachne, if available (this is the type of part where Arachne particularly helps)</li><li>Layer height: 0.3mm (there is no benefit to thinner layers, and thicker layers can slightly help the print from peeling apart)</li><li>Material: PLA (PETG would work if you are concerned about PLA deforming over time in a hot car)</li></ul>
