Tiny part for G-code file testing
thingiverse
To analyze G-code start and end codes generated by slicing software, I required a different approach. Slic3r demands an STL file for creating G-code. My solution was to create a cube with edges measuring precisely 1mm. This generates a tiny G-code file containing a mere few kilobytes of data and a handful of lines. For minimal file size, disable loops, skirt, and brim options to only include the cube's body in the code. This may not yield an impressive printout, but it's worth testing.
