I designed a casing for the small OLED display on the following link: https://hackaday.io/project/19018-gnat-stats-tiny-oled-pc-performance-monitor#menu-description. To add functionality, I modified the program to include a button on pin 10. The screen and Arduino Nano Pro are connected via flexible wires. For assembly, there are two versions available - one for flexible cables and another for rigid rods. I assembled the monitor by gluing the two parts together using superglue.
