Modern Designed Tiny House and Mini Camping VITA Bled - Master Plan. This modern designed home, tiny house, vacation house with a fully furnished interior, terrace, and mansarde can be produced in Slovenia by my company and ordered anywhere in Europe. Alternatively, you can build it yourself. The unique design features a highly detailed 3D model with numerous useful 3D models and furniture included. The model contains the entire house, including living room/bedroom, bathroom, mansarde, and terrace. Some models like nature, people, fire, and decoration are proxy models from render engine Lumion and/or Enscape. Additional models such as a shower, sink, faucet, toilet, bed, sofa, table with chairs, TV, outdoor lounge, windows, and door are included, along with some decoration. This model is suitable for sea site areas as well as mountain areas and all kinds of camping resorts. The model was created using SketchUp 2020 Pro and rendered with Lumion 10 and Enscape. It's best to use it with SketchUp. Users of 3DS Max and Cinema 4D can import the model in SketchUp 2008 file format or FBX or OBJ, or ask the designer for additional formats or information about the model. All textures, appliances, and furniture equipment are in high resolution and have been checked. They're included in the scene, with textures compressed in a zip file. The model is easy to manipulate and ready to render with Lumion. The model is at real-world scale with exact proportions in centimeters. It's realistic and correctly scaled. Purchasing this model gets you different formats: SKP, DWG, FBX, GLB, or ask the designer for different formats. However, it works best with native SketchUp. Please note that dimensions are not 100% accurate because this is a design presentation purpose, not an architectural technical plan. I do 3D concept designs, not architectural plans, but I try to make it as accurate as possible.
