Tiny Home 8’ x 16'

Tiny home 8 foot by 16 foot features French double doors that can swing open outwardly, allowing unobstructed access. A twin-sized bed is situated above the entertainment area, creating a cozy loft space. The entertainment zone accommodates a large TV, along with ample room for sound bars, speakers, game consoles, a TV stand, and other equipment. A plush couch or recliners will be positioned directly across from the TV. A compact kitchen is equipped with a 2-burner induction stove, which can easily be replaced with any range type (gas, propane, electric). The kitchen sink features one and a half basins with a disposal unit. Space is allocated above for cabinet installation and possibly a window. The bathroom boasts a spacious shower pan measuring 32 inches by 32 inches. A full-sized toilet completes the bathroom amenities. Every aspect of this tiny home has been carefully designed with UPC, hot-mopping, Hardie backer, and drywall considerations in mind. Please note that this is not an engineering blueprint, but rather a thoughtful design. All studs are spaced 16 inches apart at center, ensuring structural integrity, while three-stud corners or partition blocking provide added support. Top and bottom plates, along with double headers for the patio door, add to the home's stability. As a seasoned builder based in California with experience influenced by Pacific Northwest conditions, building codes were taken into account due to varying elements and temperatures. This is my first design created using Autodesk software. I would be grateful for any comments or constructive feedback! Your time and expertise are greatly appreciated.
