Tiny Hawk II Freestyle Battery hold down
thingiverse
This is a battery hold-down for the Tattu 450 Mah battery, designed to keep everything organized and clutter-free. The front part features a clip specifically for the VTX antenna, keeping it safely out of the way while still providing easy access when needed. The rear section is simply a clip, but I recommend printing a few extras just in case - you never know when accidents might happen or parts get damaged. Alternatively, you can use velcro to secure the rear, but the front nose clip is particularly useful for keeping things tidy. Inside the nose piece, the measurements are 16.5mm tall and 13mm wide. To print this part successfully, I found it essential to orient the design face-down with supports in place, especially around the wire clip area. When importing the design into your slicer, be sure to scale it up to 1000% - double-checking your settings beforehand is crucial. Recent updates have included a longer front nose piece, which shifts the antenna holder further back for improved accessibility. What's more, you can now use this hold-down without additional rear straps if you're using one of my XT30 holders. Printing-wise, I followed the same approach as before: face down with supports in place to ensure a smooth finish.
