Updated 11/15/15 - no need for a Teflon tube inside the extruder. This direct-drive extruder is tailored specifically for the E3D V6 hotend and builds on the Tiny Flex Direct-Drive design. Having previously utilized the bowden version, I found it to be exceptional at printing flexible materials, but desired a switch back to direct-drive for its convenience and reduced oozing. Thus, this remix was created. The STLs included cover both options: one has an inductive/capactive sensor holder compatible with a 12mm diameter component, while the other is completely bare. Furthermore, the necessary files have been uploaded so you can make modifications as needed. Parts required: Drive Gear (8mm outer diameter, 5mm inner diameter) with a length of 13mm Nema 17 Motor 624 Bearing M3 screws in sets of four at 12mm long M3 screw, one piece, at 25mm long M4 screw, one piece, at 10mm long Spring (7mm outer diameter) that is 20mm long and easy to locate Cut the Teflon tube down to match the opening on the hotend precisely for a snug fit.
