All thanks go to Gregory Braun for sharing his SCAD files on Thingiverse, which allowed me to easily modify the design to accommodate sleeved cards. Unfortunately, there's no space for a card separator, and the cards still slightly overflow the holding area. However, it still functions perfectly. When playing, I find it most convenient to pull the entire organizer out of the box, making it easier to remove the cards.
