I liked the options so far but none perfectly met my desire for trays that could hold everything and be used during the game. I designed trays meeting that requirement, due to their wall thickness, and could fit in the box with minimal lid-lift (which to me is "worth it" due to their usefulness throughout gameplay). First, big shout-out to Mgwilt for the sweet mini-tray organizer. I remixed it to make it a hair thinner (unnecessarily), put a tiny chamfer around the bottom, fillet the corners and add finger notches for easy removal. I also added feet because this pulled away in my print (though you'll see I did 4 perimeters no infill or top solid, seemed like a good idea and works, but way overkill in wall thickness). Second, it should be clear that the files are 100% different whether you're using one version or the other. even if it's just 0.4mm fir the two extra goblins, the margins are tight and parts from either set are not interchangeable. This is the reason you'll see them posted as a single STL, Prusaslicer separates them with a single click so better to avoid mis-matching. What you'll notice in the photos first is that I like to put in a tiny drawer for the smallest stuff so it can physically not fall out if you open the box on accident. The drawer is mostly empty so you could put in about double what you have... The tray with the altar markers in them is really just filler, useless (no the goblins don't fit :( ). In the version for base game only, everything is very tight, and you'll see the two tallest minis poking their heads and weapons up around the side of the other trays, all the others are just tossed in however they fit (it is not hard). Box height is determined by the need for trays for everything else. Note that since not all decks have the same numbers, there's a spell or two and a dungeon tile or two that could shift for more efficient storage, but that's not explicitly necessary. In the version that depends on the mini tray in the expansion box, the tokens are relegated to the space where the minis had been (and there's a bunch of unused space), most of the space recovered in the "main stack of stuff" is consumed by extra cards, and the overall height goes down a few millimeters. The red Stories expansion cards are stacked on top of the potions in the photos though functionally they could go underneath and stay there during the game. Oh yeah, also made a heart and lightning bolt, those 4mm bits are so small and slippery. I have them at 6mm but they can be printed at any height you like. Heart almost identical, lightning slightly stouter on top for durability (and I just liked it this way better). I printed these files in ABS on a Prusa Mk3S using 0.6mm perimeters which causes most walls to be printed in three passes, your preview should show a gap-fill center trace not a perimeter. The walls are 1.4mm wide (or 0.9mm) and the base-plates are 0.6mm. Your printer is going to need to be relatively dialed to do this, but not unreasonable I think. ABS seems to be a good choice because it can bend rather than crack, but use what you think will endure! Cheers!
