I came across a set of drill bits measuring less than 1/32" in diameter, rendering them too small to fit within my standard electric drill. In response, I designed an adapter called a collet that can securely grasp these tiny drill bits for use with my regular drill. Using a 3/64th bit, I successfully widened some pads on a through-hole PCB. The provided STL file is compatible with drill bits of sizes 1/64", 3/64", and 1/32". If you need to accommodate drill bits smaller than 1/64", simply adjust the SCAD and export your new STL. The SCAD design is parameterized, allowing for effortless modifications to the center hole, slot gap, overall height, and base pad dimensions.
