Tiny Bluetooth Speaker
thingiverse
This is a compact Bluetooth speaker system designed specifically as a "kitchen speaker". Assembly requires specific parts and some basic soldering skills. The necessary components include: 1 x Bluetooth receiver, the TinySine Bluetooth Receiver Board available at Amazon; 1 x amplifier, the Adafruit Stereo 3.7W Class D Audio Amplifier MAX98306 also found at Amazon; 2 x 1" speaker drivers from Dayton Audio CE32A obtainable at Parts Express; and optionally, 2 small screws #4 3/8-in available at HomeDepot. Note: Due to variations in printer accuracy or filament types, the lid may be slightly loose. In this case, you can screw it in for a tighter fit. For a kitchen speaker scenario, set the gain jumper on Adafruit MAX98306 to 15dB or 18dB to achieve sufficient volume. Print Settings: Printer: QIDI Resolution: 0.4mm Infill: 20% Building from OpenSCAD source files requires following specific instructions.
