After accumulating numerous empty Extra Chewing Gum bottles, I decided to repurpose them for a ball mill project. I conceptualized this compact mini Ball Mill to utilize a Nema17 stepper motor, which I paired with 623zz bearings and a metal rod coated with heat-shrink tubing. To ensure a secure connection between the motor shaft and the rod, I wrapped additional heat-shrink tubing around their juncture, achieving a surprisingly effective bond.
