This is a new way to play with a Tinkertoy Construction Set. It's a half-dome full of slots to accommodate the wooden rods.If you don't have any Tinkertoy rods, you can get a full set of replacement models here: https://www.printables.com/model/241063-tinkertoy-construction-set-replacement-partsThere are two versions of the model:R2, with angles of 30-60-90 degreesR3, with angles of 0-45-90 degreesThe fit should be good, but if it's too loose or too tight, try scaling the model slightly (< 1%). You can even try using a few of the half-domes, in different orientations. For serious Tinkertoy projects, I recommend the 0-45-90 degree version, which is more like the angles of the other pieces. For an insert-remove dexterity game, the 30-60-90 is a bit more comfortable. My entire model is parameterized, so if you'd like a variation (different base or slot sizes, angles, number of slots, etc.), just send me a message.
