Tinkerlight Utility Light

This is the utility light design for the Tinkerlight system, which requires the lamp hardware kit to function properly. For full details of the system, visit http://robot50.net/projects/tinkerlight/. The lamp hardware kit can be purchased on eBay for $5 at: http://www.ebay.com/itm/-/152286884727? You will also need your own USB power source to operate the utility light. The design is intended to be mounted on a flat surface using small bolts, screws, or double-stick tape, allowing it to pivot in one direction and featuring two cord keepers and bolt/screw holes around the base. The shade provides minimal eye protection from the very bright LED, making it essential to always use the lens when operating this design. The light source supplied with the kit is a neutral white (4000-4500k) LED that consumes 2.25 watts (450ma at 5 volts). Printing the utility light on most printers without supports and a 6x6x6 build platform is possible, with ABS being recommended for its higher heat resistance, although it will also work with PLA.
