I'm an 11-year-old Aussie kid, and I've got a summer toy that's perfect for hot days: a paddle boat that actually paddles with assembly and rubber bands! This baby was designed and made using Tinkercad, and it looks just like a steamboat. The mechanism is pretty simple, but it's still super cool. I decided to enter this challenge because I thought I had a good chance of winning. Here's how you can build your own: First, put the two identical pieces together - they should fit snugly. Next, get a rubber band and stretch it through each hole, then tie it off on both sides. After that, place the paddle between the rubber bands, making sure the strings are facing opposite directions. Finally, wind up as much as you like, drop it in the water, and release - this thing should work beautifully!
