An anti-slip z-coupling featuring a set screw for motor shaft engagement and a captive nut on a 5/16 threaded rod. To assemble, thread a 5/16 nut onto the Z rod, place it in the coupling's retainer, then insert the rod fully into the coupling. Apply optional low strength thread locker below the captive nut and secure with a locking nut. Insert a 6-32 nut into the retainer at the 5mm end and fasten with a 6-32 bolt or grub screw. Install the assembly in the X-end, slide the 5mm end onto the motor shaft, tighten set screw (prep motor shaft with a flat surface if needed).
