The e011 classic flight controller + 31mm props was designed for maximum performance. Its diagonal span is an impressive 53.7mm, a size that could have easily been reduced further but was chosen to ensure proper clearance between the props and the flight controller itself. The flight controller's height is set at 4.2mm, taking into account the 0.2mm layer height used in its production process. This design accommodates a 0.4mm nozzle for precise motor installation. However, due to the tight fit of the motor sleeves, users may find it necessary to swab the insides with acetone and gently push the motors in place to ensure a secure fit.
