TINA2 Spool Holder

This is a fully parameterized version of @rhinogren's spool holder for the Monoprice Cadet / Weedo TINA2. I wanted to modify @rhinogren's spool holder and Customer wasn't working for me, so I ended up pulling this into OpenSCAD and almost completely rewriting it in the process of adjusting it to my liking. Voids can be added to the support bracket by modifying a single parameter. This version retains the same arm length as @rhinogren's version so as to remain printable on the TINA2, however, 1kg spools are still a bit close to the feed for my liking. If you can handle larger prints then increasing the spool and arm lengths by a couple of centimeters will produce more optimal geometry.
