Tina2 40mm dual fan and 40mm layer blower with optional switch

This is an adapter to fit a 12v 40x40x10mm fan and a 12v 40x40x20mm layer blower to the tina2 hotend. It is a modular design, includes 3 parts: Part 1: Main support for a 40mm fan. Part 2: Optional support for a 40x20mm blower. Part 3: Optional support for a switch for the blower. Parts 2 and 3 require supports for printing. For the optional switch you just have to split the 12v wires for the main fan and pass it through a switch to the blower as shown in the pics. Warning: It uses a 40x40x20mm blower, (NOT 40x40x15mm) You can use part1 alone, part1 and part2, and all of them if you want a switch. Works like a charm for me as depending of filament type different layer cooling is required. Couldn't find a free pin to control the fan via software due to limitations on my printer board (stm32 R72A tina2 'upgrade' version) so I added a manual switch. Not ideal but it works. Cheers.
