Tin Whistle (PLA Whistle?)
thingiverse
This is a straightforward six-hole whistle in D. Instructions: This printed well on a Makerbot 5th generation, but the flute needs to be angled so it fits diagonally snugly. To get a clear sound, I had to cut out some material from the window with a knife, but the instrument plays relatively close to being in tune. The part was printed with supports, which required thoroughly cleaning out the inside - I used a large drill bit for this purpose. However, I don't think it actually needs supports, although I haven't attempted printing without them yet.
