Tin foil tube spool holder

I created this spool holder drawing inspiration from a video tutorial (3DPN: Spool Holder Using Paper Towel Cardboard Tubes). The key difference in my design lies in utilizing a cardboard tube from a tin foil roll, which offers significantly greater strength than paper towel roll tubes and holds up remarkably well. I also incorporated an angle into the tube, ensuring that no end is required to secure the spool as it will simply slide to one side of the roll. This design has been optimized for effortless printing by minimizing supports, with only the interior tube requiring support if desired – though this will remain unseen. By utilizing a cardboard tube, both plastic usage and tube recycling are effectively achieved. Two distinct styles exist within this design: one features the 3dpn text, while the other is plain. If opting to print with the text, I recommend performing a filament swap for the bottom and top 1mm layers to enhance text visibility.
