Tin Can Stacker
thingiverse
Ever had to struggle with annoying tin cans that have bottoms and tops of identical size, only to watch them topple over whenever you try to stack them? Well, I've been there too often, and decided to design something that would solve this problem for me. These stackers can be tailored to fit any can you need to stack, simply by fiddling with the parameters in Customizer after measuring your cans! You might want to experiment with the parameters; it should work fine if you measure the inner width of the can and the rim height accurately, but since measuring cans is not exactly a straightforward task, you may have to adjust the parameters after a test-print to get them just right. The design, particularly the gap for the pull-tag, allows for some flexibility, which can help if the diameter of the printed stacker is slightly larger than the can's inner diameter. If you print this, I'd love to hear your thoughts! And remember not to throw the stackers away with the cans once you've emptied them!
