Tin can Bird house by Samuel Bernier, Project RE_
thingiverse
Transforming a tin can into a birdhouse using 3D printed clipped lids is an upcycling idea. These innovative designs were part of project RE_ and are now available for free! Don't forget to vote for me on Instructables Make it real challenge here http://www.instructables.com/id/Project-RE-by-Samuel-Bernier/. To create this birdhouse, open a 4-inch diameter tin can on both sides using a regular can opener that leaves the lip intact. Print front and back parts, removing support if necessary. Mount the back part onto a tree or wall at a height of 1 to 3 meters to attract eastern bluebirds. Look forward to more birdhouse models in the future! For best clipping results, use ABS with an FDM machine. Vote for me on Instructables Make it real challenge here http://www.instructables.com/id/Project-RE-by-Samuel-Bernier/.
