Upcycle a tin can into a birdhouse using 3D printed clipped lids. Project RE_ designs are now available for free. Vote on Instructables Make it real challenge at http://www.instructables.com/id/Project-RE-by-Samuel-Bernier/. Instructions: Open a used 4 inch diameter tin can on both sides with a normal can opener, which leaves the lip intact. Print front and back parts of the design. Remove any support material. Attach the back part to a tree or wall about 1 to 3 meters above ground to attract eastern bluebirds. More birdhouse models will be available soon. Use ABS plastic with an FDM machine for best results, as it provides a strong clip.
