Made in Blender 2.79, Rendered with Cycles. Three file formats are available by default: .blend, .fbx, and .obj. The .blend file has settings ready for render as in previews. The model is centered, adequately dimensioned. It also comes with a camera and three light sources connected to the empty object called Lights so they can be manipulated easily. Materials (present in .blend file format) are called properly, making them easy to swap or change if needed. A warning: Materials applied will only show up in Blender versions 2.79 and later. If you see violet or black colors on the model, simply update your Blender. The second subdivision level is already on by default in .blend file - it's not a permanent modifier so feel free to adjust as necessary. .obj and .fbx contain the model without subdivision allowing you to transfer them into other software and apply subdivision there. Polygons (tris) and vertices count remain before subdivision.
