TimSav Servo Wheelie Z-Axis Carriage and Spinner
thingiverse
I was determined to build an ERC TimSav carriage with the motor mount positioned vertically to accommodate milling bits when suddenly I found myself reinventing half of the project in my own unique way. The design boasts a captive plate lifted by a servo, just like Edward's creation, complete with mounting holes for any toolplate you prefer. The package includes a needle cutter plate designed specifically for use with a 2212 brushless hobby motor and an E3D Volcano 3D printer nozzle, as well as one for a vertical brushless mount. Please note that this was not intended to be an upgrade to the standard parts but rather a fresh interpretation using materials I already had on hand. No supports are required for any component.
