The Timing Pulley GT2 has 20 teeth and is designed for a 8 mm bore with a body diameter of 16 mm, body length of 16 mm, and belt width of 6 mm. I based my design on Lehaiver's model (Timing Pulley GT2 with 20 teeth and 5mm bore), but modified it by increasing the bore size to 8mm in order to meet my specific requirements.
